||Caribbean Rex Ltd (formerly Fram Caribbean Ltd) restructures its Shareholding, Board & Management in Trinidad
||Caribbean REX acquired E&P Company Jasmin Oil & Gas 100% and its interest in the South Erin Block, which ultimately became part of the West Indian Energy Group. Post-acquisition, West Indian Energy was contracted to operate the acreage.
||Petrotrin renewed the Farm-out agreement in the South Erin Block for a ten year period.
||The Group became Safe to Work (STOW) certified and was awarded a certificate of Conformance for high risk level, Onshore operations. Notably we were one of the few operators to achieve this certification which is a requirement from the state owned oil company (Petrotrin).
||Exploration well, Jacobin 1 was drilled in the Cory Moruga block, which was the fourth exploration well to be drilled in this block.
||A second Exploration well, Cassava 1 was drilled in the South Erin block after an 8 year period; the first exploration well was drilled in 2006.
||In Q4 2014 two successful development wells, ER 105 and ER 106 were drilled after a 6 year period, 4 successful developmental wells were initially drilled in 2008.
||West Indian Energy Group successfully acquired Parex Resources 100% and their remaining interest in the Cory Moruga Block, ultimately giving West Indian Energy a controlling Working Interest of 83.8% in the Cory Moruga Block.
